Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Leroy graduated from Ribault High School before earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Edward Waters University.
As a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Leroy’s heart has always been with the next generation, and his mission is clear: to help students and at-risk youth break free from limiting beliefs, realize their worth, and achieve their full potential.
LEROY IS NO STRANGER TO OVERCOMING ADVERSITY
Having gone through many challenges in his life even from an early age, Leroy knows how to overcome adversity. He wants to see the lives of others transformed by way of an elevated mindset.
He's spoken to men in behind bars, at church events, walking the neighborhoods where he grew up to speak to the men and women there who have the same mentality that he once had & to help them understand that things don’t have to remain as they are. And in order to change that, the first step in this process is to change the way that you think, something Leroy is an expert at.

Leroy’s message resonates deeply with high school and college students and young people facing challenges because he speaks from experience. Having witnessed the power of mentorship in his own life, Leroy uses his God-given voice and ability to connect with diverse audiences to inspire transformation.
